Miss Money Penny III

Her first and only Litter. Whelped on 7/20/1995. 9 Pups, 5 Female and 4 Male. Chewbacca Jedi was retained from this Litter.

Chewy was the smallest and darkest puppy, the little one the two white faced pups are using for a pillow on the left!"

"The Contenders" Boxers and Boarding Kennels started in 2002 with the first union of Chewy and Leia.

Leia's First Litter

Here is Leia's first litter of Puppies whelped on 9/6/2002. All four were retained to become Contenders Boxers Team members. They are Patty at the top, and next going clockwise is Mara Jade, Ben and Max at 5 days old. Click the Photo↓ to View them.

Leia's second Litter

Here is Princess Leia with her second litter of 8 New Contenders! They were born 7/24/03. There were 5 girls and 3 boys, with 4 fawn and 4 brindle. While they appeared fairly dark their color

Leia's Third Litter

Leia gave birth on May 15, 2004. There were 3 females and 1 male. Puppy #4, Aayla Secura Jedi was retained to become a Contenders Boxers team member. Mia Jade, Puppy #2 went to Idaho to join Treasure Valley Dog Training as the star of their puppy pre-school and join their Boxer Program!

With her 2 New Contenders! They were born 10/25/03.

While they appear fairly dark they will lighten as they grow. Both have some white flash with boots. She had 2 Fawn males.

3 Male pups survived 5 separate bacterial infections. 2 survivors had white flash with boots and 1 was all white.
